Ya, that really sucked.

Active Minds did not hesitate in providing help for young adults early on in the pandemic. Literally just a few weeks into COVID shutdowns were they trying to create content to relieve some pressure. I am so glad they are championing one of my favorite values in life. It’s ok to not be ok.
